Dynamics 365 for Marketing 2023 Wave 2 – CRM Software Blog

In the Wave 2 Release for Dynamics 365 Marketing, real-time customer journey creation offers the ability to reach up to 100 million marketing contacts and send up to 300 million monthly outbound interactions. With this increase in capacity, businesses can provide personalized experiences at scale, to satisfy their customers. The additional interactions will help companies expand their reach and grow their business by increasing their customer base in new markets, reaching additional geographies, promoting new products, or expanding their prospective customer pipeline.

The feature details of Dynamics 365 real-time marketing customer journey include the ability to reach up to 100 million marketing contacts, which is an increase from the previous limit of 30 million. Marketing contacts are those with whom a business has engaged through interactions such as emails, SMS, and other notifications. Additionally, businesses can now deliver up to 300 million monthly outbound interactions, which is three times more than the previous limit of 100 million.
