Fairly new set-up of Dynamics.
When we update data on a LEAD, it is not carried over to the PARENT CONTACT, which means we have to go into the LEAD and then the PARENT CONTACT (stakeholder) to update the data twice.
For example: When fixing a spelling mistake on the first name of a LEAD and saving it, it does not fix the spelling mistake on the PARENT CONTACT (email campaigns will use the first name of the PARENT CONTACT, not that of the LEAD), which means we have to fix the spelling mistake twice.
This counts for any data that might need to be updated on a lead, such as changing address, phone number, email address, etc… it all needs to be done twice every time.
Is there a workaround for this, so that the LEAD synchronises with the PARENT CONTACT, so we do not have to update the data twice?
