Viktor Lesiv, a Dynamics veteran, VP of SIS, and a native of
Ukraine, explained in a video message:
This war has changed the world upside down…The Russian army is
still shooting and killing a lot of civilians and destroying
Ukrainian cities. In the last two weeks, our Ukrainian employees,
in addition to their Dynamics skills, Azure skills, Power Apps
skills, IoT and all the other technologies, learned new skills such
as how to survive under air attacks, how to hide when you’re being
bombed, how to escape danger, how to hide and sleep in basements,
and many other skills that no people should possess and should have
in this modern world. Your Dynamics colleagues and their families
are not safe and require our help.
Volodymyr Svyrydenko, founder and CEO of OntargIT, lives in
Seattle but has been in Ukraine during the war. In a video, he
asked the community for help, saying:
This nightmare must be stopped, the future of the world depends
on the courage of Ukrainians and your support.
